Home Inspectors Mold E & O Program

that covers mold. This program is written with an AM Best A Rated carrier that is
offering an Mold E&O policy for home inspectors.
This new program can suit most if not all IESO Members needs.

E&O Policy
Our E&O policy provides coverage for the unique exposures that are inherent to Home
Inspectors , the Mold E&O policy protects against third-party claims resulting from
specified professional services rendered by the policyholder.
Two Programs
1) $100K limits with $1000 Premium per Inspector* with $1000 deductible
2) $250K limits with $1750 Premium per Inspector* with $2500 deductible
* Firms with multiple inspectors will receive discount
Submission Requirements
√ Environmental Services Application
√ Resumes from Key Personnel (SOQ)
√ Licenses and IESO Training
√ CRMI** Certification
**Must maintain certification to maintain insurance
