Personal Injury Broad Form (libel, slander, etc)
Injury, other than bodily injury, to a person. Liability for personal injury from such wrongs as defamation, false arrest,
invasion of privacy, and other intentional torts.
Dollar One Defense (The deductible)
You shall be responsible for actual loss sustained under the deductible. Expenses we incur in investigating and
defending claims and suits are not included in the deductible.
Defendants Reimbursement: (does not subtract from your limits)
Reimburse up to $500 to each Insured for each day or part thereof for his or her attendance at the company’s request
at trial or court-imposed hearing involving a Claim, but the total amount so payable shall not exceed $10,000 per policy
year. Any payments made by the company under this provision will be in addition to the applicable limits of
liability. The deductible shall not apply to this provision.

Disciplinary Proceedings Up To $10,000 Per Policy Year No Deductible.
If, during the Policy Period, a Disciplinary Proceeding should commence against any Insured from a state or federal
agency by reason of any wrongful act occurring on or after the RETROACTIVE DATE, if any, the Company will
indemnify the INSURED for reasonable fees, costs and expenses incurred by an attorney the insured had
to retain in responding to such Disciplinary Proceeding. The maximum amount payable, regardless of the
number Disciplinary Proceedings or the number of insureds, shall be $10,000 per Policy Period. The deductible shall
not apply to this provision. Any payments made by the Company under this provision will be in addition to the
applicable limits of liability. The Company shall not be obligated to pay any award, penalty, fine, sanction, cost or order
of restitution resulting from any Disciplinary proceeding.
Innocent Insured.
This portion of the policy allows for protection from the actions of your employees and the potential mistakes they may
make without your knowledge.
Automatic Extended Reporting Period
Coverage as provided under this policy shall automatically continue for a period of sixty (60) days following the
effective date of such cancellation or non renewal, but only with respect to claims for wrongful acts committed before
the effective date of such cancellation or non renewal and subsequent to the retroactive date stated in Item 6. of the
Declarations
Optional Extended Reporting Period, Tail Coverage (Retirement, Disability) Automatic 60 days.
You shall have the right, upon payment of the additional premium set forth in the table below to an extension of the
coverage provided under this policy following the effective date of such cancellation or non renewal, but only with
respect to claims for wrongful acts committed before the effective date of such cancellation or non renewal and
subsequent to the retroactive date shown in Item 6 of the Declarations.
Optional Extended Reporting Period Premium (Fully Earned) is equal to the percent listed below of the annual premium
shown in Item 5.a. of the Declarations for the corresponding number of years.

Referral Coverage
In consideration of the premium charged, it is understood and agreed that this policy shall provide coverage for the
following Additional Insureds which have referred a prospective buyer or seller solely for the purpose of your
performing Home Inspector Services: ALL THOSE PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE PROVIDED
REFERRALS
